Helping friends in need...
The Fairview Friends Foundation helps and assists alumni and classmates in need. We raise money through events such as golf tournaments, dinners, cash, and other donations. The members of the foundation, and our supporters, know and understand that life sometimes challenges us with uncertainties or difficulties like unexpected illnesses, accidents, and losses. We are able to make a difference for people when these difficulties occur through a continually great and growing flood of support from volunteers, contributors, and our sponsors.
The money we raise is distributed through gifts and contributions to our friends in need. We have a great belief in the strength of our Fairview family and plan to support those among us when a challenge weakens their opportunity to be happy and healthy in life.
Our next event is the 9th Annual Golf Tournament on Friday August 6th, 2010. We also feature a silent auction and raffle at the end of the tournament. Please help our foundation by attending the event. As always, we graciously accept and encourage donations in the form of a monetary gift or raffle auction items.
We have had tremendous support from many people, both inside and outside the Fairview “family”. We thank you all very much. When we think back on past golf outings and auctions, it is incredible to see the amazing response and feelings that are shared between all of us.
All of the credit goes to the efforts and participation of all classes and all of the friends of Fairview.
