Todd Lovrien, Board Member
Todd Lovrien is Vice President and Board Member for The Fairview Friends Foundation. Todd has been with the organization since its inception, and was instrumental in establishing their 501(c)3 nonprofit status. Todd has spent close to twenty-five years in sales and marketing, including stints at Career Track, Nextel and T-Mobile. Todd is currently Founder and President for Global Pure Water Solutions (GPWS), an innovative company focusing on providing potable water to areas in need. GPWS assists in jump-starting local economies by offering opportunities to local businesses, and by giving people the ability to run solely owned water companies. GPWS also contributes a percentage of their net profits to organizations collaborating and identifying areas meeting the criteria for placement of various sized water companies. Their Mission, Pure Water = Life. Their first initiative is set to assist the people of Haiti.
Todd's passion for nonprofit work springs from the care his children received at Children's Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
As children, Tyler and Annie both had surgeries at Children's Hospital in Denver, Co, and both were eventually diagnosed with Hirshsprung's disease. They are both doing great and have had very few issues since the surgeries. It was there that Todd and his wife Calla came to appreciate the amazing way in which the Hospital cares for, not only the children, but for the entire Family as well.
Because of the wonderful care received at Children's Hospital, Todd and Calla host an annual Holiday "Grinch" Party fundraiser, with all proceeds going for toys and to the Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit. To date, over $25,000 has been raised and distributed.
