Bill has been with FFF since it's founding in 2003 and has helped steer the foundations direction and growth.
Bill has had a successful 23 year career in Denver with CB Richard Ellis and is currently a Senior Partner and First Vice President. CB Richard Ellis is a Fortune 500 firm and is the world's premier, full-service commercial real estate company. Bill's partial client list includes such firms as Prologis, Invesco Realty Advisors, First Industrial, DCT Industrial, Ascendant Development, Ball Corporation, Office Max, McKesson, The Sports Authority, O'Reilly Automotive (Checkers), Spyder Active Sports, Discount Tire Company, Penske Logistics, Merillat Cabinets and Makita U.S.A. Bill has been involved in nearly 900 commercial transactions in his career, totaling over 23,000,000 square feet of commercial space with a total value of nearly 750 million dollars. Bill has been the recipient of numerous awards and accolades in the industry, and is widely recognized as one of Denver's leading industrial brokerage experts.
