The Workout Studio has a fully equipped cardiovascular area with treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters and spinners.
The weight room is equipped with a full selection of freeweights, dumbells and a Flex strength training circuit.
Our classroom is equipped with punching bags, gloves and spinners to use when there are no classes in session.
We also have a snack bar where we offer protein shakes, energy bars and supplements for increasing your energy levels and workout performance.The Workout Studio is equipped with a full locker room with showers, lockers and complimentary towels.
