PBC has established itself as a neighborhood oriented market and cafe utilizing premium, all natural ingredients, to provide handmade quality at ‘neighborly' price. In the morning, the locals have made the PBC part of their morning ritual enjoying our locally roasted espresso and coffee perhaps coupled with a freshly-baked white-chocolate raspberry scone (or a more healthy, but just as delicious, banana bran muffin). For those that have a bit more time or bit more appetite, PBC will prepare a pulled-pork breakfast burrito smothered in our green chile, or maybe a ‘Sunrise Sandwich' on a fresh ciabatta roll.
